How to Apply Nasal Strips

Nasal strips help open nasal passages to improve airflow and reduce snoring or congestion.

  1. Clean Your Nose

    • Wash your nose area with mild soap and water to remove oils, dirt, or makeup.
    • Dry your skin completely, as the strip won’t stick well to oily or damp skin.
  2. Position the Strip

    • Remove the backing from the strip.
    • Place the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
    • Ensure it's centered and positioned where your nose flares out.
  3. Press and Secure

    • Press down firmly on the strip, starting from the center and moving outward.
    • Smooth the edges to ensure full adhesion.
  4. Removing the Strip

    • Gently peel the strip off from both ends, moving toward the center.
    • If it's difficult to remove, use warm water to loosen the adhesive.

How to Apply Mouth Strips

Mouth strips help promote nasal breathing by gently keeping the lips sealed during sleep.

  1. Prepare Your Lips

    • Ensure your lips and the surrounding skin are clean and dry.
    • Avoid applying lip balm or moisturizer before use.
  2. Peel Off the Strip

    • Carefully remove the mouth strip from its backing.
  3. Position the Strip

    • For a full-coverage strip, place it horizontally across your lips, covering both upper and lower lips.
    • If using a “split” or “vented” strip, align it accordingly for comfort.
  4. Press and Secure

    • Gently press the strip onto your lips and smooth out any wrinkles.
    • Ensure it adheres properly but still feels comfortable.
  5. Removing the Strip

    • Peel off gently from one corner.
    • If needed, moisten your lips slightly to ease removal.
